Admission Procedure

Admissions to the school are granted strictly as per the availability of seats and the norms laid down by the school, concerned education authorities and CBSE. The admission process is designed to assess the academic readiness and overall suitability of the child.

Application for Admission
Parents/guardians must submit the duly filled admission form along with the required documents within the specified timeline.

Written Test
Applicants (where applicable) shall be required to appear for a written test to assess age-appropriate knowledge, skills, and academic preparedness.

Interaction / Interview
Shortlisted candidates and parents may be invited for an interaction or interview to assess communication skills, learning aptitude, and alignment with the school’s ethos.

Assessment Criteria
Selection shall be based on the performance in the written test, interaction/interview, availability of seats, and compliance with admission norms.

Decision of the School
The decision of the Principal shall be final and binding in all matters related to admission. No correspondence or reconsideration shall be entertained.

Confirmation of Admission
Admission will be confirmed only after payment of the prescribed fees and submission of all required documents within the stipulated time.

Right of the School
The school reserves the right to grant or deny admission without assigning any reason.

Note: Submission of the application form or appearance in the test/interview does not guarantee admission

School Fee

  • Fee is to be paid online/swipe/cheque/cash.
  • Fee must be paid quarterly before the 10th of every quarter.
  • No separate reminders will be sent.
  • Fees once paid, is not refundable at any stage.
  • In case the child is to be withdrawn, one month advance written notice is a must requirement otherwise one month fee is payable in lieu of the notice.

Documents Required for Admission

Parents/guardians are required to submit self-attested copies the following documents and photographs at the time of admission. Admission will be confirmed only after verification of all documents:

  • Duly filled Admission Form
  • Aadhaar Card of the student
  • Aadhaar Card of  both parents/guardians
  • Birth Certificate issued by a competent authority
  • Original Online Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (for students seeking admission from Class I onwards)
  • Previous School Report Card / Progress Report
  • Recent 4 Passport-size Photographs of the student
  •  One Passport-size Photographs of both parents/guardians
  • Medical Fitness Certificate and Immunisation Record (if child suffers from any prolonged disease)
  • Caste Certificate / Category Certificate (where applicable, as per government norms)

Note:

  • Original documents must be produced for verification at the time of admission.
  • Submission of incomplete or incorrect documents may result in delay or cancellation of admission
